Equal Parenting

Equal Parenting is an initiative that focuses on ungendering parental and familial roles for current parents and expectant ones, and normalizing conversations around parenting at the workplace. We believe that our people must bring their whole selves to work, and parenting is an important part of this complete self.

The program attempts to bring parents together, provides support through the employee resource group and encourages us to collectively create environments where our parent employees can be successful at both their professional and personal roles.
