OPEN Pride
OPEN Pride is a global initiative by the Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) – an employee resource group committed to diversity and inclusion efforts across Omnicom and its agencies. In an attempt to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for Omnicom’s LGBTQIA+ community and its allies, the program in India encourages conversations and discussions around queer representation in culture, pride history, gender and sexuality and the experience of being queer at DDB.
