Diversity and inclusion in the workplace can truly be achieved when everyone feels comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. Building a culture like that requires meaningful change across many levels – policies, leadership, operations, education and people’s outlook towards unfamiliar subjects. But the journey starts with listening and an empathetic approach to decision-making.
