    We're incredibly proud of our young talent who lit We're incredibly proud of our young talent who lit up the Young Outdoorian Creative (YOC) Contest 2025 at the 19th OOH Advertising Convention in Mumbai! This high-energy contest, designed for talent under 30, saw national teams tackle a real-world brief from Swiggy @instamart.

A massive congratulations to Astha Vaibhavi (@bbdoindia) and Sankalp Grover (DDB Mudra Group) who won this intense contest. Their project, "10 Minutes Ago," showed how every Instamart order truly tells a unique story earning an all-expenses-paid trip to @adfest 2026 in Thailand. 

Doubling our joy were the runners-up from @22feettribalww Krishna Ganatra and Mohammed Nadir Ahmed. "#MenVsInstamart," got them a cash prize of ₹50,000. 

Both teams created campaigns that encouraged women to rely on Instamart for home needs, emphasizing its core promise: "From small to big, get anything delivered in 10 minutes."

A few years ago, Pride conversations at OAG in India, began with hesitation — we realised we don’t know Sh!t about LGBTQIA+ people and need to make a concerted effort to educate and equip ourselves better if we were to engage with and represent the community better - what followed has been an inspiring shift: a journey of listening, learning, and leaning in.
 
This year, our theme was Words Build Worlds—exploring how language shapes queer identity, visibility, and inclusion. As marketers and communicators, we know that words don't just inform—they influence, empower, and build culture.
 
Our curated series included light hearted and meaningful conversations on the queer experience through Queerically Speaking!; a deep critique of language in iconic queer advertising through Take2!; tracing and walking along the rainbow with Moth as they brought us Postcards From Pride; and finally, an unapologetic, stand-up celebration of queer joy and truth with @houseofnoronha loudly proclaiming we’re Proud to Be More!
 
We’re proud of the increasing acceptance across OAG. We’re a work in progress - but the conversations are louder, warmer, and braver than ever before as we grow from awareness to wholehearted allyship.

At the INMA South Asia News Media Conference, Aditya Kanthy will be tackling these questions in the session: “Short game, long game: Building brands that last.”

Across a two-day study tour of Mumbai’s top media hubs followed by an immersive two-day conference, the event will explore everything from shifts in editorial priorities, brand positioning, and the future of media consumption.
